1. Product Information
All frozen food products are prepared, packed, and stored under strict hygiene and quality control.
Product images displayed are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary in size, shape, or packaging.
2. Storage & Handling
Customers are responsible for proper storage of frozen products after delivery/collection.
Products must be kept frozen at –18°C or below to maintain freshness and quality.
Once thawed, products should not be refrozen.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotions or discounts are valid only within the stated period.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery schedules depend on location and availability.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time.
The company will not be held responsible for product damage due to delays in receiving.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of frozen food, all sales are final.
Refunds/replacements are only applicable if:
Wrong product received, or
Product arrives damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume.
Proof (photo/video) must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the product.
6. Liability
The company is not responsible for mishandling, improper storage, or misuse of the product by the customer.
Consumption of products after expiry date is at the customer’s own risk.
