Return & Refund Policy – Frozen Food

1. Eligibility for Returns

Since our products are frozen/perishable food items, all sales are final and cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons.

However, you are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

The product received is damaged, thawed, spoiled, or unsafe to consume upon delivery.

The product received is different from your original order.


📌 Requests must be submitted with photo/video proof within 24 hours of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been opened or used.

Promotional, discounted, or clearance items.

Products that are damaged due to improper storage by the customer (e.g., not kept in the freezer after delivery).

3. Damaged, Spoiled, or Wrong Items

If you receive items that are:

Thawed, damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume upon delivery.

Incorrect items compared to your order.


👉 Please contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
We will provide a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable).

4. Refunds

Once your claim is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases involving incorrect or damaged products during delivery.

5. Delivery Disclaimer

We ensure all products are packed securely with ice packs & insulated packaging.

However, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, as these are beyond our control.
